Job Overview

A high-impact opportunity has become available for a skilled professional to enhance agile maturity across the telecommunications industry.

As a seasoned Agile Project Lead, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of agile practices, including running group-level ceremonies. Your key objective will be to provide insight into delivery progress of the Product Increment Plan (PI Plan) and mentor delivery leads in continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with 5+ years' experience as an Agile Coach and/or Scrum Master. They should also possess a relevant certification or qualification in Scrum Master practices. A proven track record of delivering end-to-end projects from conception to completion is essential, as is commercial experience in business marketing and product selling.

In addition, the successful candidate should have a background in Telecommunications and/or Utilities, with a deep understanding of the industry's unique challenges and opportunities.
