This key position involves managing a diverse and unique portfolio spanning commercial, industrial, and retail assets. It presents an opportunity to work within a well-supported, top-tier agency where client service, property excellence, and proactive asset management are paramount.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end management of a premium portfolio with assets across multiple sectors.
  • Build strong relationships with tenants and the property owner, ensuring superior customer service and communication.
  • Oversee lease administration, budgeting, financial reporting, and maintenance coordination.
  • Conduct regular inspections and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for value enhancement and operational efficiency across the portfolio.
About You
  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in commercial property management, with exposure to multiple asset classes.
  • High attention to detail with a commitment to excellence in service delivery.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing complex portfolios is highly desirable.
  • Current Real Estate License/Property Registration required.
