Cafe Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Cafe Manager to join our team in Melbourne. As a Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of hospitality staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our cafe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of hospitality staff to deliver exceptional customer service and high-quality food and beverage products.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage cafe operations, including inventory, supplies, and equipment maintenance.
- Collaborate with the operations manager to achieve business objectives and improve processes.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a cafe management role, preferably in a similar environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Barista training is desirable, but not essential.
