**Customer Onboarding Specialist**
Are you a seasoned professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience implementing software and working with clients to drive success?
We are seeking a skilled Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful deployment of our products with customers.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop and deliver onboarding plans for each customer, aligning with sales and customer success teams on their goals, timelines, and unique needs. You will also lead kick-off meetings, guiding stakeholders through onboarding milestones and providing a clear roadmap for success.
Serving as the primary point of contact during onboarding, you will ensure timely configuration, training, and go-live success. You will consult on product and industry best practices to act as a trusted advisor to your customers and inspire new use cases with our platform.
You will identify any risks and obstacles customers are facing to ensure we stay ahead of them and reduce churn risks. Partnering closely with Customer Success Managers, you will ensure a seamless handoff post-onboarding, providing context and insights to maintain customer momentum.
Key Skills:
- 3+ years of experience implementing software, consulting, or project management, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software environments.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with experience training groups and facilitating conversations with senior executives.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
