Job Opportunity

We are seeking a philanthropic professional to provide strategic leadership and management. This role will oversee all aspects of philanthropic giving, building a robust donor pipeline to support our organization's mission.

About the Position

This is a permanent full-time role with a hybrid working model. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing an improved fundraising strategy to secure financial support for our beneficiaries.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic philanthropic leadership and management.
  • Oversight of all aspects of philanthropic giving and development of a donor pipeline.
  • Development and implementation of our fundraising strategy to secure financial support.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to enable effective partnerships.
  • Funding research and quality acquittal processes to foster relationships with trusts, foundations, and other organizations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations across all entities.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in successful grant submissions with a minimum of three years' experience in a related field at a senior level.
