We are proudly Australian-owned and operated, with 3 vessels and over 20 staff. Our company is part of SeaLink Marine & Tourism, one of Australia's largest marine and tourism businesses with operations across six states and territories.

**About the Role**

The Vessel Master plays a crucial role in the day-to-day safe and efficient operation of our vessels and their crew. Key responsibilities include navigation, crew leadership, safety drills, management systems, and reporting requirements.

Effective communication, physical fitness, and the ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines are essential for success in this role.

**Key Requirements**

  • Australia Maritime Safety Authority (AMSA) issued Master V (24m NC) /MED 2 certifications
  • Proven track record of excellent customer service skills
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of safety and maritime obligations
  • Senior First Aid certification
  • A valid driver's license, Ochre Card, and Police Clearance

**Estimated Salary:** AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per year

**Location:** Darwin, Northern Territory
