We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to fill a critical customer experience support role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage receptionist duties, including answering phone calls, booking appointments, and rebooking appointments.
  • Input customer details accurately into our internal health partner system.
  • Provide product information to customers.
  • Meet and greet customers with a professional appearance and manner.
  • Translate information obtained from phone calls into our internal system.
  • Maintain an immaculate presentation of the store.
  • Provide general computer literacy, fast typing, and data entry skills, including proficiency in Excel.
  • Present a professional image at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent attention to detail and multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in computer applications.
  • Able to maintain a well-presented store.
  • Able to consistently present a professional image.

In accordance with our COVID-19 vaccination requirements, applicants must be fully vaccinated prior to commencement.

Working Conditions:

  • This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm.
