Fitness Lead

Belgravia Leisure is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Fitness Lead to join our team at Kurri Kurri Aquatic and Fitness Centre.
As a Fitness Lead, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality fitness programs, providing excellent customer service and support to our members. Your primary focus will be on teaching Aqua Fitness classes, which require a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and effective communication skills.
We are looking for an individual with a Cert III in Fitness, or willingness to obtain this qualification, as well as relevant program certification such as Aqua Aerobics. Previous industry experience is highly regarded, but not essential. We provide training and development opportunities to ensure your success in the role.
The ideal candidate will have:
- a demonstrated commitment to customer service and well-developed communication skills;
- a current fitness registration with Fitness Australia or Physical Activity Australia;
- a current Senior First Aid Certificate;
- a current CPR Certificate;
- relevant program certification (e.g., Aqua Aerobics, Deep Water Running);
- a Working with Children's Check;
- availability to work evenings and weekends;
In return, we offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
