As we continue our growth, we are looking for an experienced recruiter to join our headquarters in Sydney.

Salary

A competitive salary is offered for this role, estimated at $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

We have a high-performing Talent Team that plays a vital role in hiring top-class talent on a global scale. As a trusted partner to our hiring leaders, you will build strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to understand their needs, drive niche recruitment strategies, foster an exceptional candidate experience, and ultimately align hiring outcomes with our overall business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leverage your advanced sourcing skills to attract and retain high-quality talent in a niche market.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to thoroughly understand hiring needs, align sourcing strategies, and deliver high-quality candidates.
  • IDentify trends and insights from conversations to make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Use Boolean search strings, particularly for sourcing candidates in niche markets using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of full lifecycle technical recruitment experience in a high-volume, tech-focused environment.
  • Experience in an in-house recruitment environment.
  • Proven experience crafting Boolean search strings.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage candidate pipelines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
