Position Overview

Autodesk is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Solutions Partner Manager to drive the growth and success of our Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) through strategic partnerships in India. As a key member of our Partner Programs team, you will be responsible for defining, building, and executing ACC's partner strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver programs that meet business objectives and metrics.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute partner programs to support ACC's success strategy, leveraging the Autodesk Construction Solutions Partner + Program framework.
  • Advise sales teams on the value of partners, engagement, and recommend qualified partners to support customer needs.
  • Collaborate with Partner Leaders to define a partner engagement and recruitment strategy to meet success and investment strategies.
  • Drive and lead a comprehensive view of the current partner ecosystem, mapping partner capacity, coverage, and capability, and assessing gaps and opportunities to deliver a plan to engage all partners in strategic practice development.
  • Become a trusted member of the sales team in assigned sales districts to manage deal execution with partners, leverage partner programs, and coach partners and sales teams on best practices.
  • Manage collective forecasting of the Autodesk Construction solutions portfolio to drive pipeline across sales teams for bi-weekly reporting.
  • Lead the delivery of a Partner engagement kit to articulate the value proposition of building an ACS practice to be used with strategic existing partners and high-value recruits.
  • Be an integral member of a small, but focused global Partner Programs group responsible for partner program commercial models, ecosystem engagement, mapping, and enablement, and integrations.
  • Evaluate and evangelize partners within the organization, across all departments, to highlight the value delivered to Autodesk and its customers through partners.
Requirements
  • Experience in Sales, Customer Success, Partner programs, and/or strategy leadership roles and scaling a Customer Success organization through global partners.
  • Professional Services, Adoption/Renewals, and Support business exposure.
  • Industry experience in Cloud/SaaS native vendor; and/or transitioning to the Cloud.
  • 7+ years of partners-related roles.
  • Current experience in a high-growth software enterprise company, with SaaS/Cloud business models.
  • Travel is required.

Salary transparency: Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location.
