Your Role
We are seeking a Senior Surveyor for Cadastral Growth in Melbourne to join our team. As a key member of our Survey Discipline, you will be responsible for managing and growing our cadastral presence in Melbourne.
You will engage with external and internal clients, lead tender responses, and deliver projects. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing new business opportunities based on existing contacts and networks;
- Contribute to Woolpert's overall business plan for Asia Pacific, including the development of a cadastral business plan for the Survey Discipline;
- Working with Project Managers to identify, address, and resolve project issues impacting client goals and satisfaction;
- Collaborating with other disciplines to identify cross-selling opportunities;
- Guiding junior surveyors in land surveying techniques and relevant legislation.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have prior experience in a similar position and possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Licensed Surveyor certification endorsed by the Surveyor's Registration Board of Victoria;
- 10+ years of technical experience in the Survey/Geospatial industry;
- 5+ years of management experience in the Survey/Geospatial industry;
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities;
- Strong networking profile and recognition within the Australian Survey/Geospatial industry;
- Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary package of AUD $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including options to become a shareholder through the Woolpert Principal Program, career development opportunities, domestic travel, and a flexible working environment.
