About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Land Surveyor with a strong background in geospatial technologies to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the survey computation requirements for various projects using a combination of CAD, Terramodel, and other software systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake Cadastral Field Surveying activities with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain technical standards by ensuring all work meets or exceeds industry benchmarks.
  • Conduct computations and data processing to support project delivery.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on surveying issues.
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently and autonomously, with minimal supervision.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the land and building industry.
  • A completed tertiary qualification in Surveying.
  • Registration with SBQ (Surveyors Board of Queensland).
  • Exposure to the land and building industry, with a strong understanding of its complexities.
  • Proven organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Self-motivation and a positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Excellent time management skills and high attention to detail.
