Job Title: Commercial Property Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Property Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our commercial property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow the commercial property portfolio by implementing effective asset management strategies.
  • Administer leases, including renewals, expiries, and rent reviews, ensuring seamless communication with landlords and tenants.
  • Conduct routine property inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Oversee accounts administration, including rental receipts and payments, to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Coordinate maintenance and obtain quotes as needed to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants through effective communication and conflict resolution.
