Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Commercial Property Manager. This permanent position offers an exciting opportunity to work in the thriving Ballarat commercial property market.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining and growing our commercial property portfolio. This includes handling lease administration, conducting routine property inspections, overseeing accounts administration, coordinating maintenance, and communicating effectively with landlords and tenants.

  • Manage and maintain a diverse portfolio of commercial properties
  • Administer leases, including expiries, renewals, and rent reviews
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure properties are well-maintained
  • Oversee accounts administration, including rental receipts and payments
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed
  • Develop strong relationships with landlords and tenants through effective communication

Requirements

Qualifications include a Real Estate License or Victorian Agent's Representative Certificate (or willingness to obtain). Experience in commercial or B2B sales is advantageous but not required.
