Job Opportunity

This is a unique chance to be part of a diverse retail portfolio supporting 3 regional retail precincts located in the West/Central West of Victoria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough site inspections and reports detailing the day-to-day operations of the centres and maintain a high level of presentation.
  • Oversee the performance of external contractors, ensuring high levels of delivery in line with service level agreements.
  • Manage incoming and completed work orders on the CMMS system and ensure completion of works to a satisfactory level.
  • Develop key partnerships with key contractors and stakeholders.
  • Generate weekly reports regarding asset presentation status and ongoing works.
