We are seeking a dynamic and highly organised individual to join our team in Griffith as a Warehouse & Planning Administrator.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks critical to the success of our operations, including:

  • General Warehouse & Planning Administrative tasks
  • Obtaining and analysing freight quotes from suppliers
  • Coordinating and managing the booking of freight shipment across Australia
  • Maintaining tracking and tracing of all shipments
  • Communicating with carriers, customers, and internal teams to resolve any delays or issues
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with freight suppliers
  • Verifying and reconciling supplier invoices to ensure accurate billing and payment
  • Utilising the ERP, TMS & WMS to streamline logistics processes and enhance efficiency
  • Monitoring and analysing the performance of logistics processes for continuous improvement
Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in logistics and supply chain administration (preferred)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in using inventory & transportation management software essential
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive and self-motivated individual who can work both independently and as part of a team
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, you will have opportunities for professional growth and development, a supportive and collaborative work environment, and employee benefits and perks.
