Senior Litigation Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide technical hosting support to project management teams globally. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing eDiscovery solutions, including culling, processing, hosting, and conversion of electronic data for end clients.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Communicating with project management teams and clients to effectively execute tasks throughout the life cycle of a case.
  • Managing high-level tasks and unique workflows.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues both internally and externally.
  • Providing expert technical support and answering client questions about web hosting software.
  • Handling multiple projects and jobs to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Ensuring smooth transition of work between day and evening shifts.
  • Developing and utilizing strong analytical skills to research potential solutions and determine appropriate course of action.
  • Ensuring jobs are completed according to client and industry standards.
  • Performing other technical-based special projects or duties as required.

Requirements and Qualifications

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • 2-3 years' experience in litigation technology or vendor side preferred.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as computer sciences or information management-technology or equivalent work experience with a strong technical background.
  • RCA Certification.
  • Experience with analytics, MS Office applications, and proficiency with Concordance and Summation.
  • Ability to convey technical processes and terminology into easy-to-understand language.
  • Strong organizational, customer service, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Available to work overtime, evenings, and weekends as needed.
  • Positive attitude and ability to develop and implement new ideas to create customized solutions on a client-by-client basis.

Desired Skills

Desired skills include:

  • Knowledge of SQL and/or Visual Basic.
  • Experience with LAW PreDiscovery or IPRO is a major plus.
