Facilities Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of facilities strategies to ensure they meet building codes and drive efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and refine facilities standards and strategies that meet building codes and drive efficiency.
- Provide expert guidance on building regulations and Essential Safety Measures (ESM) – keeping the organization safe and audit-ready.
- Integrate facilities, stores, and building assets with the broader asset management philosophy.
- Ensure best practice and standardization in stores functionality across operations.
- Deliver exceptional service to internal stakeholders from daily operations to emerging trends in facilities and logistics.
- Own annual compliance attestations with confidence and clarity.
- Lead the development of Business Cases for Facilities Capital Renewals prioritizing projects that matter.
- Operationalize accommodation needs with a focus on compliance, safety, and smart space planning.
- Drive innovation across stores, buildings, and service delivery logistics.
- Manage budgets for facilities maintenance, logistics operations, and minor capital programs.
Candidates must have experience in project management/facilities or logistics, demonstrated knowledge of compliance standards, and be a customer-focused communicator who builds strong relationships across the board. Results-oriented and tenacious individuals are encouraged to apply.
