Facilities Operations Manager

The primary objective of the role is to oversee facility management and life cycle management services for client properties across multiple sites.
This position involves strategic asset management, day-to-day operations, and ensuring no unplanned outages.
About This Role:- Provide facilities management services, including planned and reactive maintenance, to a designated portfolio
- Manage life cycles, operational budgets, and capital planning
- Oversight includes both strategic asset management and daily operations to prevent unplanned outages
- Foster vendor and client relationships
- Develop vendor category strategies for critical portfolios
- Meet project delivery targets (timeframes and quality)
You will be a self-motivated individual who can work in a team environment and independently. You will also be proactive in delivering services to meet or exceed project KPIs and mitigate any project risk.
Key requirements include:
- At least 5 years' experience in facilities management or a related field
- Client relationship experience with a strong focus on customer service
- Knowledge in one of the major core areas, such as facility management or corporate real estate
- Strong contractor management experience
- Tertiary qualifications preferred and a willingness to undertake further study in Facility Management is advantageous
