Facilities Operations Manager

This senior-level position is responsible for overseeing daily facilities operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and managing budgets and invoices.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee daily facilities operations, including subcontractor management and CMMS oversight
- Manage financial resources, oversee budgets, and monitor invoice payments
- Supervise staff and ensure adherence to established systems, contracts, and safety protocols
- Serve as the primary point of contact for facilities-related inquiries
- Provide 24/7 emergency support through an after-hours on-call system
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to guarantee facilities meet operational and safety standards
- Coordinate event-related inspections, damage assessments, and rectification works
- Perform miscellaneous grounds maintenance tasks such as relocating sprinkler hoses, clearing debris, and leaf collection
- Demonstrated expertise in building/facilities management with integrated service delivery
- Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets, invoices, and procurement documents
- Proficiency in computerized maintenance management software (CMMS) and office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and stakeholder engagement
