Technical Account Manager Role

Ignite is seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager to join their team. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, helping to resolve technical issues and manage customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Building strong relationships with clients
  • Managing client expectations and requirements
  • Working to resolve technical issues
  • Supporting change management on projects
  • Participating in initiatives to grow client satisfaction
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of account management or customer relations experience
  • IT Technical Background (Networking)
  • Trading/Financial domain experience
  • Track record of relationship/client building
  • Incident management experience
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills
