In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, working closely with our technical teams to provide solutions to complex technical problems. You will also be responsible for managing customer expectations, building customer relationships, and working to resolve technical issues.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong technical background, preferably in networking, and experience in account management or customer relations. You will also need to have strong influencing and negotiation skills, as well as a track record of building strong relationships with clients.
