Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Executive to join our Marketing & Customer Experience team. The successful candidate will provide support for the delivery of our strategic objectives through brand positioning, marketing and leasing campaigns, and customer communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the National Lead - Office Marketing & Customer Experience in the delivery of our Office Marketing, Place & Customer Experience strategy and strategic messaging in line with brand guidelines.
  • Provide marketing support for the team with a particular focus on design and visual storytelling in PowerPoint and InDesign.
  • Support the National Bid Manager with bids, presentations, capability documents, case studies, customer bios and RFPs.
  • Provide support to the National Bid Manager to execute presentations for the team, investors, and tenant customers.
  • Work with the Property and Asset Management team on regular updates and maintenance of the Office related content on our website and asset microsites.
  • Coordinate portfolio level content creation and uploads for our Charter Hall app known as Charli.
  • Coordinate portfolio level content creation and uploads for digital media screens with oOh Media.
  • Support the Marketing team with asset leasing strategies and collateral delivery.
  • Support the Property Management team with asset-based customer communications as required, focused on consistency.
  • Provide administrative support and oversight for industry sponsorships and key events in conjunction with the National Lead – Office Marketing & Customer Experience and Group Marketing.
  • Provide administrative support for the Marketing & Customer Experience team as required.
  • Support the Office team with LinkedIn messaging and communication.
  • Provide additional support for the Group Marketing Events Manager on Office portfolio events as required.
  • Assist with the coordination of Customer Excellence awards for the Office team.
