Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of skilled landscapers, subcontractors, and machine operators to achieve project goals.
  • Oversee the execution of civil, hard, and soft landscaping tasks, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
  • Manage permits, site plans, and registers to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Conduct daily toolbox talks, site diaries, and pre-starts to maintain a safe and productive work environment.
  • Operate power tools and equipment, and complete site inductions to ensure team members are properly trained.
  • Maintain high safety and quality standards, adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
Requirements for Success:
  • Certificate III in Landscape Construction or equivalent experience.
  • Proven leadership experience in landscape construction, with a strong track record of team management and project delivery.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Reliable, driven, and hardworking, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
  • First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain) and basic computer skills to complete site administration tasks.
