Job Summary:

United Recruiting Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Landscape Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Horticulture Division, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing various landscape projects from start to finish.

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and organized individual with a strong background in landscaping and horticulture. The successful candidate will have experience in project coordination, team management, and customer service. You will be working closely with our clients and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage landscape projects from start to finish, including site visits, meetings, and communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects meet client expectations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, including risk management and contingency planning.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure projects are progressing as planned.

Requirements:

  • Trade qualification in landscaping or a related field.
  • Experience in project coordination, team management, and customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and other project management software.
