Labourer/Machinery Operator - Landscaping

EWS Recruitment is seeking a skilled Labourer/Machinery Operator to join our team in the Landscaping industry. As a specialist in trade and labour recruitment, we have an ongoing need for Labourers/Machinery Operators to work on exciting projects in Melbourne and throughout Victoria.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general landscaping and garden maintenance duties
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure tasks are completed on time
  • Operate and maintain small machinery, including mowing, trimming, shaping, and cutting
  • Ensure Health and Safety protocols are adhered to
  • Plan and organize tasks in advance according to outdoor schedules and conditions

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in a maintenance or labouring role
  • Knowledge of mechanics and small fuel-operated machinery
  • Genuine concern for Health and Safety
  • Construction white card
  • Good communication and timekeeping skills
  • Reliable punctuality and own transport method
  • Strong technical skills
  • Ability to work independently
