We are actively looking for an experienced and proven Foreman who has experience running high-level landscaping projects with a full end-to-end lifecycle to join what is an extremely exciting period for the business.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Paving, planting, decking, and general construction work.
  • Turfing, retaining walls, and irrigation installation.
  • Project planning to ensure completion is done in a timely and budget-friendly manner.
  • Leading team members in a professional manner and advising and assisting them to continually progress.
  • Collaborating with senior leadership and external stakeholders to create positive outcomes for clients and the business.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in Landscape Construction.
  • Previous proven experience as a Foreman delivering high-end projects.
  • Drivers license, White Card, and other relevant tickets/licenses.
  • Extreme punctuality, present well, and work well under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent leadership, and communication skills.
