Permanent role - Sydney based **How will I help?** The WIB Digital Program has an immediate opportunity for a **Change Management Lead **with seasoned experience across change strategy and delivery, communications, and stakeholder management. The role will be leading and directing the planning and delivery of multiple change initiatives within a large-scale portfolio of projects within WIB Digital that results in the realisation of business benefits and sustainable outcomes that are aligned to the broader business strategy. These changes will impact both our clients and internal staff. You will be responsible for overseeing, ensuring, and enabling change to be delivered in line with the Westpac Change Management Framework and Project Execution Framework and methodologies, as well as: - Building the capability to provide visibility of change resources across the portfolio or business unit (numbers and utilisation rates by role) and facilitate matching of demand and supply across the business. - Consolidate and disseminate change learning back to project practitioners and stakeholders; enable the development of change capability within the portfolio or business unit; use expertise and experience to coach and mentor change and project community within the portfolio or business unit; and identify and close change capability gaps. And we continue to pay your super contributions while you take all the time you need to get your new family settled. **What do I need?** To be successful in this role you will have a strong track record of Change experience with at least 10 years’ experience in managing highly complex change programs across large scale transformation initiatives involving multiple business units/brands, divisions and teams (typically >$10m). You will possess Institutional and/or Business Banking domain knowledge. This could be across Customer Relationship Management, Transactional Banking, Digital Customer Platforms, Banking Products and/or Financial Markets. You will also have the following knowledge or skills: - Significant experience in both line and matrix management of a specialist change team and change support staff. - Able to consider the outcomes of change assessments across multiple stream, large or complex projects, to connect impacts and identify synergies where alternate change approaches can be applied to optimise organisational impacts. - The ability to provide insight and advice on how organisational behaviour should be considered; ability to coach others. - Develop, maintain and control change schedules, using information to identify insights to optimise, accelerate delivery or mitigate potential delivery risks.
