Talent mobility experts will move professionals across the globe and reshape the way businesses manage and support their international workforces.

You'll gain hands-on experience in consulting, talent mobility, and project management while helping deliver smooth and strategic workforce arrangements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for assignees delivering assignment briefings, reviewing documentation and compensation packages, and maintaining high levels of client service while managing expectations and timelines.
  • Liaise effectively with teams to support advisory projects, optimize program design and implementation, and identify process improvements that enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to new business efforts through proposal development, stay current with trends and compliance, and apply insights to improve client outcomes and drive innovation.
