About the Role

This is a coordinating role within our organization, responsible for delivering communication products for the Registry Connect program.

The ideal candidate will have qualifications in communication or change management, 2+ years' experience in communication delivery, and broad comms experience across internal/external channels.

You will work collaboratively with Product, Engagement, and Change leads on program communications, plan and execute internal/external engagement activities, and apply ASIC's change framework to stakeholder communications.

Key responsibilities include concise delivery of communication outcomes within agreed timeframes, tracking and reporting communication effectiveness, and ensuring program messaging is clear and channels are current and effective.

The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, and be an excellent business writer and verbal communicator for diverse audiences.

  • Qualifications in communication or change management
  • 2+ years' experience in communication delivery

  • Quick learner with versatile skillset

Responsibilities

Communication Delivery: The primary focus of this role is to deliver high-quality communication products that meet the needs of stakeholders. This includes creating engaging content, developing communication strategies, and executing internal/external engagement activities.

Collaboration: You will work closely with Product, Engagement, and Change leads to ensure seamless communication and collaboration across teams.

Analysis and Reporting: You will track and report communication effectiveness, providing insights to improve future communication efforts.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in communication, public relations, or a related field
  • At least 2 years' experience in communication delivery, including experience in internal/external channels
  • Broad knowledge of communication principles, theories, and practices
  • Excellent writing, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze data and create reports
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
