Document Management Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our project delivery team in Perth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process submission requests and distribute returns from the central Document Control inbox to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Confirm the consistent use of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) in accordance with processes and client requirements.
  • Implement corrective actions to resolve non-compliance issues or improve workflow inefficiencies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage system enhancements.
  • Train new employees on document control procedures and systems.

About You:

  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • You are proactive, self-motivated and committed to seeing projects through to completion.
  • You have experience with EDMS platforms.
