Operational Coordinator Role Overview

This position is available in Geraldton CBD. The Operational Coordinator will support the Asset Management team with administrative tasks such as operational compliance, risk management, and day-to-day operational administrative aspects within the portfolio.

Job Description
  • Administrative Support: Provide crucial administrative assistance to the Centre Management team, ensuring smooth operation of day-to-day activities, risk management, compliance, presentation, and delivery of capital across the portfolio.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and review correspondence, reports, presentations, and maintain compliance and risk documents for each property.
  • Vendor and Tenant Liaison: Liaise with vendors and tenants to resolve queries and follow up on outstanding issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Diploma in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or equivalent.
  • Technical Skills: Intermediate level skills in Microsoft suite – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, basic financial management skills.
  • Experience: Demonstrable experience in an administration role providing support to a team or senior role.
