Production Manufacturing Specialist

About the Role
Mondelēz International is seeking a skilled Production Manufacturing Operator to join our team at our Gourmet Food manufacturing site in Dandenong South. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient production of our iconic snack products.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain equipment to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and morale targets.
- Perform autonomous maintenance (AM) tasks to improve line and/or system performance.
- Contribute to shutdown maintenance, root-cause analysis, stops reductions loss analysis, and breakdown elimination.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
- Experience in machine operations, TPM-Total Productive Maintenance Tools, and safety and quality standards for operating machinery.
- Understanding of total productive maintenance tools and methodologies is a distinct advantage.
- Ability to manually handle material on the site and adhere to all Quality Standards set by Mondelez International.
