Mondelēz operates multiple manufacturing facilities across Australia, with this role based at our Gourmet Food production site in Dandenong South. This facility is renowned for producing a wide array of premium cracker products, showcasing our commitment to quality and innovation in the food industry.
Your Role in Our Vision for the Future of Snacking
In this position, you will independently manage and oversee at least one process, equipment, or system in alignment with autonomous maintenance (AM) standards. Your technical expertise will be essential in enhancing line and system performance to fulfill business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
As a vital part of our operation, you will be responsible for:
- Operating and maintaining machinery to achieve our safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and employee satisfaction goals.
- Ensuring compliance with safety protocols and executing quality assurance tasks.
- Participating actively in maintenance activities, conducting root-cause analysis, and implementing strategies to reduce downtime and eliminate breakdowns.
- Setting up, operating, and monitoring equipment that produces our distinguished products at the Gourmet Food facility.
- Engaging in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and career progression.
Qualifications and Skills
We seek individuals who are eager to advance their careers and possess the following experience and knowledge:
- Proficiency in machine operations and familiarity with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) tools.
- Strong understanding of safety and quality standards for machinery operation.
- Knowledge of total productive maintenance methodologies is advantageous.
- Capability to manage end-to-end machine operations to meet customer specifications while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
- Experience in manual handling of materials within a manufacturing environment.
- Commitment to upholding all Quality Standards established by Mondelēz International.
Additional Information
Various shifts are available, including Day Shift, Afternoon Shift, and Night Shift.
