Position Overview:
Fuse Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated Production Operator to become an integral part of our client's manufacturing team. We are looking for individuals who demonstrate reliability, possess a strong work ethic, and exhibit a solid technical understanding, all while thriving in a dynamic manufacturing setting.

Key Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in a GMP and ISO regulated environment, with a preference for those familiar with ISO 13485 QMS. Comprehensive training on all equipment and processes will be provided to ensure success in this role.

Responsibilities:
The duties associated with this position include:

  • Careful assembly of prototypes utilizing hand tools
  • Precision assembly of components under a microscope
  • Conducting quality control checks and completing necessary QC documentation
  • Operating complex manufacturing machinery, particularly for candidates assigned to machine operator roles
  • Packing medical device components and products
  • Adhering to production schedules to achieve targets

Essential Skills and Requirements:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • Extensive experience in a fast-paced GMP manufacturing environment, with a strong preference for those with ISO 13485 experience
  • A proven track record as a production or manufacturing operator
  • Exceptional hand-eye coordination and dexterity
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with basic computer proficiency
  • The ability to learn quickly and effectively
  • Australian Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship
