About the Role
Mondelēz International is seeking a skilled Production Manufacturing Operator to join our team at our Gourmet Food manufacturing site in Dandenong South. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the setup, operation, and monitoring of equipment to produce our iconic products.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain equipment to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and morale targets.
- Ensure safety processes are observed and quality assurance activities are performed.
- Participate in shutdown maintenance, root-cause analysis, stops reductions loss analysis, and breakdown elimination.
- Set up, operate, and monitor equipment to produce products that meet Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
- Manual handling of materials on site.
- Adhere to all Quality Standards set by Mondelēz International.
Requirements
- Experience and knowledge in machine operations, TPM-Total Productive Maintenance Tools.
- Safety and quality standards for operating machinery.
- Understanding of total productive maintenance tools and methodologies.
- End-to-end machine operations to fulfill customer requirements.
- Manual handling of materials on site.
- Adherence to all Quality Standards set by Mondelēz International.
