About the Role
Mondelēz International is seeking a skilled Production Manufacturing Operator to join our team at our Gourmet Food manufacturing site in Dandenong South. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining equipment to meet our safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and morale targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain equipment to meet business needs, ensuring products meet Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards.
- Perform autonomous maintenance (AM) tasks and use technical skills to improve line and/or system performance.
- Contribute to shutdown maintenance, root-cause analysis, stops reductions loss analysis, and breakdown elimination.
- Work collaboratively with our experienced team to set up, operate, and monitor equipment that produces our iconic products.
Requirements
- Experience and knowledge in machine operations, TPM-Total Productive Maintenance Tools, safety and quality standards for operating machinery.
- Understanding of total productive maintenance tools and methodologies is a distinct advantage.
- Manual handling of material on the site and adherence to all Quality Standards set by Mondelez International.
