As a critical member of our surgical support team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing patient outcomes through the effective use of Stryker's Mako system.

About the Position

This key clinical expert will provide real-time technical and clinical guidance to surgeons and theatre staff during procedures, fostering optimal collaboration between surgical teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional in-theatre support for Mako-assisted procedures, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with surgeons and theatre personnel.
  • Cultivate strong working relationships with surgical teams to optimize the use of the Mako robotic platform during joint replacement surgeries.
  • Conduct meticulous pre-operative CT-based planning and segmentation to prepare for complex surgical cases.
  • Maintain an elevated level of knowledge in orthopaedic surgical techniques, anatomy, and robotic technology to drive innovative solutions.
  • Provide comprehensive training and clinical support to hospital staff and surgical teams, empowering them to leverage the full potential of the Mako system.
  • Travel across Sydney and surrounding areas to support multiple hospital sites, promoting efficient care delivery.
