Requirements:

  • 8+ years in Investment Banking with Private Equity or active Corporate Development experience.">
  • Strong commercial acumen, including knowledge of the growth equity and/or restructuring space.">
  • Ability to understand commercial, financial, and operational drivers of growth businesses.">
  • CFA or CA qualified.">
  • Deal experience is non-negotiable; investing experience is required.">
