A great opportunity for a skilled accounts administrator to join our team in South Penrith.
We are seeking an experienced accounts professional with excellent management skills, confidentiality, and discretion. You will be responsible for managing highly sensitive documentation and information.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and can manage multiple tasks with ease. Your administrative experience, technical skills, and ability to learn quickly will see you succeed in this position.
You will need to have a good sense of time management, which means you are able to manage a range of tasks and meet deadlines. You should be comfortable using MYOB, Microsoft Office suite, and Xero.
Ideally, you will have formal qualifications in accounting or bookkeeping, though this is not essential. You will be familiar with generating invoices, reconciling customer accounts, and maintaining other bookkeeping records.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage confidential documentation and information
- Supervise others as required
- Process payroll and maintain accurate records
