
Sales Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to maintain our Salesforce reporting suite for Sales and Customer Success (CS) and work closely with Finance, Sales, CS, and Marketing teams.
Maintain the GTM technology stack, including ZoomInfo, Account Engagement, Sales Engagement, PandaDoc, and conversation intelligence software.
Build, maintain, and modify custom Salesforce Objects and workflows in line with business needs.
Develop, build, and enhance Salesforce Flows & Automations to reduce manual work and increase speed to market.
Document Salesforce automation and processes.
Help define and track KPIs across the customer lifecycle to improve decision-making.
Scale our GTM teams by delivering on-demand analytics and situational intelligence across the company.
Data hygiene and enrichment: Ensure clean, accurate, and actionable data for GTM teams.
Evaluate, implement, and optimize revenue technology tools to ensure scalability and interoperability.
Corporate and departmental reporting: Deliver reliable data and dashboards to support decision-making and forecasting across the company.
Collaborate with GTM teams: Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to execute key operational initiatives.
