Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Educator to join our team at Sparrow Early Learning. As a Lead Educator, you will play a key role in shaping the lives of the children in our care and contributing to the development of our team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creating and maintaining fun, safe, engaging, and inviting learning environments
  • Maintaining excellent relationships with families, children, and other team members
  • Recording children's progress, routines, and interests
  • Ensuring compliance with routines, policies, processes, and practices
Requirements
  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a current Lead Educator role
  • Strong knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current & Valid Working with Children Check
  • First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
