The Role

Emerald Developments is a fast growing, forward-thinking team seeking a Residential Site Supervisor with a positive, can-do attitude to join us on a full-time, ongoing basis.

Construction Supervisor – Emerald Developments

As a Residential Site Supervisor with Emerald Developments, you will report directly to the Directors and play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of multiple residential projects across a close-knit geographical area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage between 22–27 homes at one time (with capped volumes to maintain quality)
  • Build quality homes in line with plans, specifications, and company procedures within contracted timeframes (average build time of 17 weeks)
  • Oversee day-to-day scheduling, management, and coordination of trades, suppliers, and deliveries
  • Complete site paperwork and maintain digital administrative records to a high standard
  • Enforce correct building practices, procedures, and OH&S compliance at all times
  • Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and quality standards across all builds
  • Conduct site inspections with clients as required (all other client communications are managed through our construction admin team, including weekly updates and photos)
  • Attend weekly construction meetings and contribute to project updates

Project Profile:

  • Primarily low-set homes (approx. 90%)
  • Large proportion of builds for first-home buyers, investors, and owner-occupiers
  • Multiple builds concentrated in nearby estates for efficiency
  • Multi HIA Award-winning company (including Emerging Residential Builder and Small Business Management awards) with a strong reputation for quality and innovation

Qualifications & Experience:

  • QBCC Building Supervisor's Licence
  • Construction Induction Safety Certificate (White Card)
  • Minimum 3 years' residential experience with a volume home builder
  • Trade/Construction background
  • Current Driver's Licence
