Laboratory Supervisor Pre-Analytical Department

About the Role:

The role of Laboratory Supervisor is a key position within our organization, requiring an individual with exceptional leadership skills and experience in pathology testing. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff, ensuring efficient operations, and maintaining high standards of quality control.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Specimen handling and management
  • Entry of test information and sample preparation
  • Troubleshooting and data entry
  • Telephone results calls and customer service

Requirements:

  • Pathology laboratory experience with knowledge of pre-analytics processes
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently with close attention to detail
  • Well-developed organizational and administrative skills
  • Proven training and supervisory skills and experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven problem-solving skills and flexibility
