There is a position available for a Collecting Department Supervisor in the collecting department

covering the Eurobodalla Region (Batemans Bay to Narooma). The position is based in a Moruya

Collection Centre.

The successful applicant will be required to participate in the collecting roster for collection

centres in the area and provide support to the collecting head of department.

Essential requirements include:

- A minimum of 3 years collecting experience with advanced collecting skills and knowledge.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Experience in roster preparation and management.
- Well developed organisational, administrative and customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven problem solving.
- Experience in performing training and competency assessments.
- Experience in the Quality Management System documentation and equipment.
- Experience in performing quality audits.

This supervisor role will involve the successful applicant to be across all areas of providing a

professional specimen collection service in the Eurobodalla and meeting National Authority for

Testing Agencies (NATA) requirements.
