Job Opportunity in Pathology Collections

We are offering an excellent chance to gain on-the-job experience and a nationally recognized qualification in pathology.

The traineeship will provide on-the-job training and support for attendance at TAFE, working towards gaining a Certificate III in Pathology Collections.

NHSA operates a network of laboratories and collection centers across NSW, conducting over 60 million tests per annum. Our team of scientists, technicians, and support staff work together to quickly and accurately assess samples so clinical teams can make the best possible treatment decisions for patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform laboratory support and/or specimen reception services and/or collection services, providing assistance to laboratory staff under supervision to deliver a patient-focused service.
  • Work towards obtaining a Certificate III in Pathology Collections through on-the-job training and attending the Registered Training Organization.
