Job Description

The Assistant Chief Concierge is responsible for overseeing the concierge team to provide exceptional assistance and information to customers. This includes developing procedures for luggage handling, ensuring timely delivery and collection of guests' luggage, and supervising Service Leaders - Concierge.

The role also involves coordinating with hotel operations to improve services, increase revenue, and reduce costs. Additionally, the Assistant Chief Concierge must ensure that all Concierge associates adhere to grooming standards set by management and are thoroughly familiar with emergency procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement luggage handling procedures
  • Ensure timely delivery and collection of guests' luggage
  • Supervise Service Leaders - Concierge
  • Coordinate with hotel operations to improve services and reduce costs
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory level in Concierge operation
  • Fluent in English to meet business needs
  • Strong sense of principle, professional management ability, and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good character and ethics
