Chief Product Officer

Location: Sydney (Hybrid)

Reports to: CEO

The Opportunity:

This high-growth, Australian-founded AI SaaS company is looking for a Chief Product Officer to help scale its platform globally.

Operating across ANZ, North America, the UK, and Europe, the business is profitable, privately owned, and compounding steadily. With a $100M revenue target in sight, it's now focused on global scale, product performance, and platform evolution.

While the title is CPO, the scope is broader. This is a full-stack leadership role across product, engineering, AI, and UX. You'll work directly with the CEO to shape the product strategy, lead execution, and scale the platform across new markets, partners, and use cases.

What you'll own:

  • Product strategy and execution across multiple global markets
  • Five direct teams: Product, UX, AI, Engineering, and QA-led Service Ops
  • Roadmap prioritisation across AI-native and hybrid product lines
  • Platform delivery, scale, and performance with long-term architectural decisions
  • AI oversight—driving LLM integration while maintaining quality and integrity
  • Expansion strategy, market adaptation, and global licensing models

What we're looking for:

  • Experience scaling complex AI SaaS or platform products globally
  • Strong technical fluency—able to lead and challenge engineering decisions
  • Proven ability to manage or influence architecture, infrastructure, and delivery velocity
  • Comfortable making trade-offs between speed, stability, and long-term scale
  • Track record of leading cross-functional teams through ambiguity and growth
  • Confident operating across product, engineering, AI, and executive-level strategy

What's on offer:

  • Base: Up to $300,000 + superannuation
  • Bonus: $20K–25K
  • Equity: Stock options - $300K–400K (5-year vesting)
  • Hybrid: 2–3 days/week in the office
