As our Chief Wellbeing Officer, you will provide strategic leadership for mental health, safety, disability, and inclusion, positioning CQUniversity as a national leader in student support and community care.
This executive role is critical to delivering an integrated approach to wellbeing, where services such as counselling, accessibility, safer communities, and chaplaincy are aligned under a shared mission of empowerment and equity.

Christmas and New Year closure)10 days personal/sick leave, plus 5 days carer's leave7.25 hours engaged service leave Fantastic professional and career development opportunities Up to 26 weeks (six months) paid parental leave Access to an Employee Assistance Program and Fitness Passport Position Requirements Expert knowledge of wellbeing issues relating to relating to university students, including evidence based and trauma informed clinical practice, equity and inclusion, psychosocial safety, psychosocial practice models and systemic work practices.
Detailed understanding of frameworks and strategies for health promotion, prevention and wellbeing which are related to University issues and respond to drivers affecting student performance, engagement and retention.
Postgraduate qualifications or equivalent in relevant area (psychology, or an area relevant to mental health), registration or eligibility for registration with an appropriate professional association and extensive relevant experience.
Blue Card and current Registration with AHPRA or AASW.
