Proven leadership experience in a Chief Engineer, Facilities, or senior Maintenance role, ideally within hospitality or complex commercial environments.Strong technical knowledge of building services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety systems).
Demonstrated commitment to workplace health & safety and compliance.Experience managing capital works projects and budgets.Skilled in contractor management, stakeholder engagement, and change management.The ability to influence, support, and engage effectively at senior management level.A strong focus on fostering teamwork, collaboration, and a positive culture.Why Join Us?
